Dealer responded quickly. Brought vehicle to the nearest dealership to me. Mrs. Lynsey was very knowledgeable and helpful in securing the deal with discounts. The next time I look for a vehicle I will be definitely talking with her again.

Driving from Santa Fe to Salinas in my daughters car loaded with all her belongings, the car decides to break down as I headed into this town for new windshield wiper blades. I had just driven through one of the heaviest downpours I've ever had to drive through when the drivers side wiper breaks apart so heading to a town not on my planned path to find an auto parts store and this is where the car decides to no longer start. The parts store informs me of 2 garages nearby and this is how I found this place. It was towards the end of the day and they were trying to wrap up but they instead went out of their way to help me out. Great place. Great people.

I am from Kansas City and in Hugoton for business meeting. I hit a large bump and something was hanging from under car. I showed up to Ghumms (without appt) and the lovely office attendant had the mechanic come out and he said he could easily fix it. He quickly reattached the undercarriage cover and they refused to charge me! Excellent customer service and strongly suggest this company and appreciate their help!
